SUN PROPERTIES is a subsidiary company of SUN R&P, responsible for all outbound
licensing activities of the organization. Outbound Licensing refers to the introduction of
Japanese properties to countries outside of Japan.

Merchandising Agreement and/or Promotion Agreement is concluded between licensor and licensee through SUN PROPERTIES or through SUN PROPERTIES and SP local agent.
・Licensee submits Merchandising and/or Promotion Agreement to licensor
through SUN PROPERTIES or through SUN PROPERTIES and SP local agent.
・Licensor confirms terms and conditions.
・Licensee concludes agreement with licensor through SUN PROPERTIES or
through SUN PROPERTIES and SP local agent.
・Licensee pays guarantee to licensor through SUN PROPERTIES or through
SUN PROPERTIES and SP local agent.

- Protect licensees’ merchandising rights in their territories by filing property trademarks and controlling possible infringement.
- Provide ongoing support to local agents and licensees for their participation in trade shows and exhibitions worldwide.
